Shipping Policy for m3picturesuk.com 

This is a Shipping Policy from M3 Pictures UK. This policy was introduced on the 12th of March 2025. 

Order Processing 

Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

UK Delivery 

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is unavailable. Orders placed will be processed within 5 business days and you should receive an email to say it is confirmed within 24 hours, please allow an extra window of 24 hours for this as delays occur. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email to let you know that it is on its way to you. 

Flat-rate Shipping 

Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days using Royal Mail, whose estimated shipping is 2-7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of £3.25 applies to orders shipping to areas within the United Kingdom. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at m3.pictures.uk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
